We only accept returns for broken or damaged products only. If you receive a broken item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will issue a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.

Exclusions:

  • Returns are only accepted for broken or damaged products.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
